How to Paste Copy Info In Photo Exif Directly Through Camera

Here are some quick tips on how to paste copyright information into every photo your camera produces. In essence, through this way EXIF data photos not only contain the camera settings and lens information only, but also information who the photographer. In this way, every photo that comes out of the camera is as if it were stamped with a photographer's copyright.

How the addition of copyright information varies from one brand to another camera brand, for that I love the example of two major brands : Canon and Nikon. I also do not guarantee all cameras provide this facility.


For example, in my Sony mirrorless camera there is no option to add copyright info. But do not worry. If the camera does not provide the option to add copyright information, we can add it when importing photos to the computer.

Go to Setup Menu (wrench image) then select Copyright Information > Artist > Type Name > Do not forget to tick Attach copyright information > Done.

Go to Setup Menu 4, select Copyright Information > then select Enter author's name > type your name.
